Do you charge for new features?
No, all new features are always included as part of your subscription.
Can I request new features to be developed?
Yes! Absolutely. We welcome your feedback. We will discuss your requirements and add it to our roadmap. In fact, a lot of our product roadmap is based on customer feedback and requests
How frequently do you release new features?
We typically release new features every 1-2 weeks to our web version. Updates to mobile is typically done once per month as they require approval from apple and google which can sometimes take time.
Can you help me create training for my staff?
Yes! We have done that on a number of occasions. Just reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to help
My mobile app stopped working all of a sudden?
That shouldn’t happen at all. But, sometimes when we release a new mobile build, you will need to update to the new version of the app. Occasionally, we have found that the old app will not function properly until you install the new version of the app
