Do I have to pay extra for online booking?

No. Online booking is included, along with everything else in Outcoach, for one price. No price hikes and no hidden costs. Contact us to see if you’re eligible for one of our discounts.

Does every business get its own booking site?

Yes. Every Outcoach business gets its own booking site. Publish a class and it shows up there straight away, with the day, time, dates and coach filled in for you.

What can families book?

They can book a full term or series, drop in casually to a single class, book a makeup class, hire a court or room, or send you a general enquiry, all from the same booking site.

Can I share a link to a single class or program?

Yes. Every program on your booking site has its own link. Copy it and post it on your website, social media, emails or group chats, and families land right where they can book.

I usually meet people before they enrol. How does that work?

Approvals are built in. For each class you choose whether bookings are approved automatically or wait for you to review them. If you want to meet a family first, reach out using the details they gave when they booked, then approve when you’re ready.

Can families pay when they book?

Yes. Parents and members can pay as part of booking, so the money comes in up front and you’re not chasing it later. See payments and invoicing.

Can people book courts and venues?

Yes. Set up your courts, studios and rooms, and people can book them through your booking site just like a class. See court and room hire.

Can I offer trial classes?

Yes. Switch on trial classes for any event and new families can book a discounted first session before they commit to a term.

Can I show my terms and cancellation policy?

Yes. Each class can show a link to your terms and conditions and your cancellation policy, so families see them before they book.

Can parents book for their children?

Yes. Parents can book for themselves or for their kids, and add more than one child to the same booking.

Will moving my classes and contacts into Outcoach be a pain?

No. We offer a free service to load your classes and contacts for you, so you can start your trial with your real data. If you decide Outcoach isn’t for you, there’s no charge.

What do you mean by ‘everybody gets access’?

Outcoach is a free mobile app for iPhone and Android. Parents and students download it and see their own bookings, upcoming classes, progress, notes and invoices at any time. Parents love being more involved, which helps with engagement and retention.
