What is Outcoach?
Outcoach is acting school software for coaches, schools and academies. It runs screen and stage classes, short courses, private coaching and showcases, with online enrolment, billing, makeups, messaging and student progress in one app, from $0.70 per student a month.
Does it handle classes, courses and private coaching?
Yes. Run weekly classes, 6 or 8-week courses and one-on-one audition coaching side by side. Each student keeps one profile with their level, classes, goals and payments.
How do makeup classes work?
When a student gives notice, they get a makeup credit. Students and families book makeups themselves from open classes in the app, and you set how many makeups each term allows.
Can I bill by the term or the course?
Yes. Send term or course invoices to every student in one go, offer payment plans, sell class packs, and add showcase fees or private sessions to any invoice. Overdue invoices get reminders with a pay link.
Can I track self-tapes, roles and progress?
Yes. Record each student’s level, set goals from acting templates, log self-tapes, castings and showcase results, and set tasks students tick off at home. Students and parents see progress in the app.
What happens when a teacher is sick?
Move classes to a cover teacher, or cancel and issue makeup credits. Tell everyone at once by SMS and email. Outcoach AI can find the affected classes and do all of this for you from one request.
