Can I setup different makeup class rules for private and group lessons
Yes, absolutely. Every single type of class you run can have its own custom makeup rules that you set.
What does 'statuses that bypass credit limit' mean?
Outcoach will let you set a max makeup credit limit per student, but if there is a washout or coach cancellation, this max limit will be automatically bypassed as it’s not the customer’s fault. A super useful feature many of our customers use!
How do parents book makeups?
Parents can book via the booking system which is available anywhere on the web. Outcoach will simply ask for their email, verify their details and show all children and outstanding credit for those children.
How does Outcoach know the level the student is at so they don't book the wrong class?
We automatically know the level a student is at by looking at all the types of classes that student is enrolled into. This way, you do not have to manage a field manually every time a student moves up.
Can I manually approve bookings?
Yes of course – you can choose to manually or auto-approve bookings
