What is included in a membership package?

Every package is defined by you. Choose whether it’s a fixed-term membership or a rolling subscription, set the billing cycle and price, and decide which sessions it covers, how many classes it includes and any perks. Parents and students see exactly what they’re getting before they sign up.

What billing cycles can I set up?

Subscriptions can bill weekly, monthly or yearly, and standard memberships cover a fixed term like a season or a year. Each package has its own pricing, class allowance and session access, so you can build the plans that fit your business.

How do members pay?

Members pay online by card through Stripe. Subscriptions are charged automatically on each renewal date, and the money goes straight to your bank account.

Does it work with Xero?

Yes. You can link each package to an account in Xero, so membership revenue is recorded in the right place.

Can I keep some packages private?

Yes. Set a package to public so anyone can join, or invite only so it’s only available to the members you invite.

Can members switch between plans?

Yes. Members can switch plans, and the new billing cycle and entitlements apply from the next renewal date. Outcoach handles the change, so your team doesn’t have to make manual adjustments.

Can I pause a member’s subscription?

Yes. Pause a subscription from the member’s profile and their access is suspended until you restart it. You can also cancel a subscription, which is permanent.

How does Outcoach track lapsed members?

The member directory shows every member as active or expired, alongside their billing status and any unpaid invoices. Filter by package, status or payment to see who needs a follow-up before they disappear completely.

Do I have to pay extra for memberships?

No. Everything is included for one price, with no price hikes and no hidden costs.

What do you mean by ‘everybody gets access’?

Outcoach is a free mobile app for iPhone and Android. Members and parents download it and see their own classes, plans, progress and invoices at any time.
