What is Outcoach?
Outcoach is tennis club management software for coaches, academies and clubs. It handles private, semi-private, group and high-performance lessons, online bookings, payments, makeups, court hire, messaging and player progress in one app, from $0.70 per player a month.
Does Outcoach handle private, semi-private and group lessons?
Yes. Run one-to-one privates, semi-private lessons for two to four players, group lessons and clinics, and high-performance training side by side. Each player keeps one profile with their attendance, goals and payments, whichever lessons they take.
Does it support high-performance training?
Yes. Track skill tests like serve accuracy and rally consistency over time, log match results, set goals and weekly practice, and share coach feedback and video with players and parents.
Can I group juniors by ball colour, like red, orange and green?
Yes. Use the red, orange and green ball stages from ITF, LTA Youth and USTA junior programmes, or your own levels for adults and high-performance players. Group players by level, link them to their lessons, and move them up when they meet the benchmarks, with parents told in the same step.
What happens to lessons when it rains?
Move classes to an indoor court or cancel them. Cancelled sessions can issue makeup credits so players can rebook another class, and you can tell every family at once by SMS and email. Outcoach AI can do all of this for you from one request.
Can people book courts online?
Yes. Court hire lets members and the public book and pay for courts online, alongside your lessons, so you can see every court on one calendar.
How do I charge for lessons?
However suits your programme. Charge per lesson, sell lesson packs, or set up memberships with recurring billing. Each family gets their own invoice, overdue invoices get reminders with a pay link, and families can pay by card. Court hire is billed the same way.
Can my coaches use it on court?
Yes. Coaches get their own app to see their schedule, mark attendance and message families from the court, so nothing waits until they’re back at a laptop.
Can parents see how their child is going?
Yes. Goals, skill tests, match results and coach feedback can be shared with families in the free Outcoach app, so parents see progress without having to ask.
Is Outcoach only for big tennis clubs?
No. It works for a solo coach teaching a few lessons a week, a coaching business with several coaches, and clubs with hundreds of players. You pay per player, so the cost grows with your programme.
