Last minute reminders to reduce no-shows
Each club/school can now configure last minute reminders to make sure customers don't miss classes. You can now set-up a reminder to go out anytime between 1 to 23 hours before an event. This is in addition to being able to configure notifications to go out 1-5 days before an event.
Offensive announcements censored by AI
Rest easier knowing that Outcoach now automatically censors any language or text that is potentially threatening, uses offensive language or swear words. Our AI picks up on subtle threats, blackmail or manipulation that would ordinarily bypass a censoring application.

Create levels to track and manage students
You can now assign all your students into levels. This will make it easy to manage day to day classes and track progression when students move from one level to the next.
You can also assign events to levels to make sure that students can easily be allocated based to the right classes.
Voice to text, powered by AI
You can now press the record button and talk into all description boxes. The AI will automatically convert this into text. Try it to describe goals, actions or anywhere else where you had to type in a long text before.
Better security controls
If you an admin, you now have more granular control over who can do what within your club or school.
You can now turn off the ability for parents to message coaches directly. This means that they can only contact their admin
You can turn off coach’s ability to assign make-up credits. All make-up credits can be assigned only by the admin.
Improved notifications & quick view options
You can now set-up how many days ahead of an event you need notifications. Simply enter the number of days before an event you need notifications, and you’ll get this in addition to the usual 24 hours prior to an event. You can set this up for your club or school in the setting menu.
You can also now set-up a default schedule screen if you are admin. This means that you can go straight to the admin view or the day view instead of the default monthly view that was there before.
